Cancellation of an order

Once an order is placed, there is no cancellation.  In the case that an order has not shipped or been processed; the complete/ partial order can be canceled for a full refund (shipping & tax included).  Please be courteous and notify us ASAP if you need to make any changes.
Special order item(s) are absolutely non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reasons.
(Special order items come all the way from another country and is made-to-order, so be absolutely sure that the product is exactly what you need before placing an order).
