Shipping & Delivery
All of our packages can be shipped with a signature
requirement, for an additional fee. For web orders, you will be prompted to add
signature required or to go without it prior to adding item(s) to your cart.
In the case that you or anyone at your ship to location cannot sign and
accept the package, the shipping carrier will leave you a delivery attempt
notification. Most carriers will make another attempt for delivery the
following day, however, some carrier may not redeliver the package (if so, the
delivery attempt notification will indicate this). Some delivery attempt
notifications will allow you to choose if you would like a re-delivery or picking
up at the carrier pick-up location. In this situation, you are required to
respond to the carrier’s request/instructions. In the case that the item
is returned to Footwork Autosport due to negligence or unavailability, you will
be responsible for the return shipping costs, we will hold the returned item
for 15 days and we will contact you for further shipping instructions. If we
don’t receive any response from you within the 15 days, on the 16th day we will
consider the order to be forfeited. We will refund your order minus a 25%
restocking fee, however shipping and tax will not be refunded. Under any
circumstances, Footwork Autosport will not be responsible for shipping costs.
Footwork Autosport does not refund any shipping charges, inbound or outbound.
